well outreach has helped me a lot, because the other servers I'm active in I can't vent in or the mods are kinda unfriendly, so it's helped a lot. also, this server is the only one I feel truly welcome in ^^

I think outreach is a great discord if you would like to talk and get to know others but it’s also a safe place where you can talk about your feelings or even rant if you’d like.

i've struggled with mental health problems a lot of my life, but they've gone mainly unnoticed by my family. i was scared to tell them for fear that they would think i was faking, or treat me differently. so i let them fester, never going to a therapist or psychiatrist. but then, this summer, i joined the outreach server. though they couldn't offer professional help, it was great to have a group of friends who could support me during panic attacks or breakdowns. they also helped me identify the problems i had, and show me that i wasn't alone.
